Tuscan Hills was designed by the Builder with the help of Real Estate Agents who had extensive knowledge of what Holiday makers were looking for in a home whilst they were on Vacation in Orlando. Attention was paid to the fact that these are family holidays which is why the homes were built to incorporate all members of the party whether they were in the pool and living room areas. All of the home layouts on Tuscan Hills have a covered Lanai area (some with fans) for those who want to stay clear of the direct sunlight
The homes also have at least one bathroom that opens directly onto the Pool Patio area to save having to go through the house for added convenience to all. The Pool Area provide a removable safety fence which can be removed but we do suggest you replace the safety fence at the end of use espesicially those who have young children.
Tuscan Hills Home along with the other homes on Orange Tree, Tuscan Ridge, Highgate Park, Highgrove, West Stonebridge, Calabay Parc, Winwood Bay and Grand Reserve have all be Vetted to provide our guests a perfect stay to ensure they return for many years to come.
