Our 4 Bed 3 Bathroom home located on the popular Tuscan Ridge development which boasts a children's play area and tennis courts, free for all guests staying at Tuscan Ridge.
Tuscan Ridge is close to all major attractions being only fifteen minutes from the entrance to the Disney World Resort. There are numerous Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are only minutes away. The nearest beaches are within a sixty minute drive to either the Atlantic or Gulf Coast. For the golf enthusiast the property is ideally located for numerous spectacular golf courses and is within 10 minutes from Champions Gate and Reunion Championship Golf Courses, both offer a world class golf experience. Designed by (The Shark) Greg Norman, Champions Gate is also the new headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy with Reunion being the home of the Anneka Sorrestam Academy. Orlando offers numerous challenging Golf Courses. With year round sunshine and immaculate facilities, the only trouble you have is deciding which course to play. Orlando International is approximately a 35 minute drive. Sanford airport is about a 65 minute drive.

Our perfect Holiday Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) one which lead directly out on to the pool deck area via the On-Suite Bathroom, The 2 further bedrooms share their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with TV, DVD, Video), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and is located near a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic large pool with Jacuzzi built with the view to soak up the sun all day long if required.
Apart from the normal Orlando attractions you will want to spend some time at our Villa. Tuscan Ridge is small, exclusive and surrounded by Orange Groves and Woodland which helps make it a joy to stay there. The community is safe and has little traffic unlike the many huge estates around. Our community is both residential and rental and it is plain to see the care being carried out by all the owners on this exclusive development. |
